Human Sacrifice a la Ptolemy

A subject not usually associated with the Ptolemies .....But I have to question the bones of alot of young males found in the flooded 3rd level in the Alexandrian Catacombs. We all know that the Apis Bulls were a blood sacrifice instituted by their dynasty. SO could there have been human sacrifice for special reasons????
